3. Digital products — final sale
Because our digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and kept, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has begun. In line with consumer-protection rules for digital content (including, where applicable, EU Directive 2011/83/EU), by completing your purchase and accessing the product you expressly acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content starts.

4. Exceptions
We will review a refund or a replacement in the following cases:

  • A technical fault on our side makes the file impossible to access or download
  • You were delivered the wrong product
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (verified duplicate charge)

To be considered, these situations must be reported to us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Advisory and consulting services

  • If the service has not yet started, a partial or full refund may be considered after review.
  • Once the service has started, no refunds will be issued.
